Shipping & returns

All orders will be shipped in 3-5 business days (Monday to Friday) following the day of your order via UPS ground shipping if the item is in stock. We will do our best to keep in stock what is shown on our website, but being a boutique with unique items, sometimes items may be temporarily out of stock or backordered. We will notify you via email if an item is backordered and the expected shipping time. If you are needing an item by a certain date for a gift or special occasion, please note that in the comments at checkout. We always go the extra mile to serve you and will do our utmost to get what you need in a timely manner.

RUSH Orders: We are happy to accommodate a rush shipment if you need expedited shipping. Just give us a call at 239-489-2240 Monday to Saturday 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. EST to place your order and we will work to get your merchandise to you as quickly as possible. Your shipping charges will be adjusted accordingly.

Your shipping address: UPS cannot ship to a P.O. Box, so please enter a street address under the Ship To Address when checking out.


Our in-store policy is 7 days to return and up to 30 days for exchange on non-sale items with a receipt. For purchases on we are extending the policy for online purchases to 14 days to return and up to 30 days for exchange on non-sale items from date of receipt of your order. We want you to have adequate time to open your box and make sure you are happy with your purchase.

To be eligible for a return up to 14 days, your item must have been purchased through our online store, be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Gift cards and sale items are not returnable.



If requesting a refund, you will be issued a refund in the form of the original purchase, minus the cost of shipping. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.


Exchanges & Store Credit

If you need to exchange something or would like a store credit within the 30 days window, you may visit one of our stores or mail us your item and copy of your receipt.

If mailing the item, it would be helpful to also email us at: [email protected] so we would be aware of the coming package and can make sure we have the replacement pieces you are requesting. You are responsible for mailing your exchange back to us, but we will cover the shipping cost of the replacement items for you! If you would simply like a store credit towards your next purchase, please let us know.
